VNG Italia, founded in 2008 and based in Bologna, pools together and coordinates the activities of VNG in Italy. The company owns an 100 per cent stake in the natural gas importer and wholesaler Spigas S.r.l., which has many years of experience in supplying natural gas to business and large customers as well as industrial customers.
