Stephan Haupt becomes new managing director of VNG H&V
On 1 February 2023, Stephan Haupt will become a new managing director of VNG Handel & Vertrieb (VNG H&V), a wholly owned subsidiary of Leipzig-based gas group VNG AG (VNG) Haupt will be responsible for the areas of Risk, Law, Operations, Strategy, Commercial Affairs and Sustainability. He will be one half of the company’s management duo with Konstantin von Oldenburg.
“We’re delighted to have Stephan Haupt – an experienced gas market expert – as a new managing director for our trading and sales subsidiary. I have no doubt that Stephan Haupt, together with the VNG H&V team, will also master the tasks and challenges that lie ahead, ensuring the company’s further success,” says Ulf Heitmüller, CEO of VNG AG.
