Neues Mitglied im Aufsichtsrat der VNG AG
Auf einer ordentlichen Hauptversammlung haben die Aktionäre der VNG AG Herrn Sascha Enderle mit sofortiger Wirkung in den Aufsichtsrat der VNG AG gewählt. Sascha Enderle folgt auf Herrn Dr. Jörg Reichert, der sein bisheriges Mandat niedergelegt hat und aus dem Gremium ausgeschieden ist. Herr Enderle verantwortet bei der EnBW AG den Bereich Digital Finance & Transformation und verfügt über mehrjährige Erfahrung in leitenden Funktionen des Finanzbereichs.
